Surface-level good service, but 6 months later, I realise they DID NOT do the job properly. I had many jobs by them, but two jobs stood out. First was replacing my Transmission oil. They replaced it with 5 litres of fresh German transmission oil. I now have issues with my transmission. I took it to another mechanic, and they drained the oil and said there is less than 1 litre in it. He could not explain it, as there were no leaks anywhere. Missak used 5 litres before. This was the same situation with the thermostat replaced by Missak. I had issues with it again later and took it to another workshop. They said the job was not done properly, with many bolts missing around that area. They said the person took shortcuts.

The reason I chose another workshop because I feel I had recurring problems. If you are finding problems after you have been serviced by them, you know they didn't do the job properly or have done something sketchy!

Very happy with the service at Missak Auto Garage. They are professional, honest, and really know what they’re doing. It’s a big relief to find a garage where I don’t have to worry about the quality of work or hidden costs. I truly feel at ease leaving my car with them. Highly recommended for anyone who values peace of mind and solid workmanship.

Best experience of any garage I've been to in the UAE. I bought a used car and needed to address multiple problems before being comfortable driving it. Everything was checked, fixed and explained thoroughly. I live in Dubai but happy to drive to Musaffah for the peace of mind knowing the car will be taken care of. 10/10

I had an issue with my car battery and they fixed it the same day! The team was professional , efficient and super helpful. Excellent service and quality of work. I had my 2021 GMC Denali Hydrulic Suspension changed and it worked perfectly fine. Very welcoming team and attention to details was superb.

I was introduced to Missak Auto Garage and I took my Mercedes E400 with major Turbo problems on both sides. The Team did a great job to fix both Turbo and car performance became much better. On the side works we did some parts replacement . The team kept informing me step by step about progress and what need to be done so they got my approval before any work done . I took my Ferrari 458 as a recommendation from a friend to this garage. Mr mike well took care of my car even though I never visited the garage or never met. I recently had my Merc fixed at Mike’s Garage and I am extremely impressed with the level of service I received. I was referred by my colleague and I did review check on google as well .. Mike is friendly and professional, making me feel at ease about leaving my car in their hands.

I have been going to them for over 4 years for my Lexus when I was in Abu Dhabi, and having moved back to Dubai, I didn't realize how hard it is to find the same level of comfort I had from taking my truck to Missak. After 9 days of wasting my time in Dubai, looking for a garage to service my truck before a big road trip with my family, I drove to Abu Dhabi and am so glad I did. I feel super confident after the major service has been taken care of and cannot recommend their services enough.

I had a nice experience with Missak Garage as my car had an issue that more than one technician checked without finding the main issue with it. Compared to many other repair shops I visited before Missak auto is an outstanding place. I took my 2019 Dodge Charger for some repairs and the job was handled very professionally. Mr.Mike seemed to be a very experienced and knowledgable person that gets straight to the point. Habib and the team handled communication and coordination very well. The work place looked organized.
After the repairs the car was performing as well as expected. I would recommend this garage to anyone in Abu Dhabi and the key factor is the reasonable price point of the services. I wish Mr.Mike and the team all the best and hope to visit for routine maintenance in the future.
Missak auto garage did not request me to post any reviews originally but I was compelled to give them a good review knowing how difficult it is to find a genuinely good garage for a person new to Abu Dhabi.

If anyone is looking for car repairs big or small, I highly recommend Missak Auto Garage.

I had some very bad luck with my car in early December which could have cost me a fortune but the garage were determined to keep costs reasonable without compromising on the quality of work (in relation to the value of my car). Whilst I was out of the country, my inspection was due and they also sorted that for me with no hassle.

I’ve received my car back today and it looks brand new. Really impressed with their professional service and communication with me whilst I was out of the country.

Superb diagnostic skill and on point troubleshooting
Initial intention was to have my first visit for a major service (90k)
Called in few days prior and spoke to Habib about the process on the type of oil and what has to be done just to be on the same page
As my place of residence is somewhere in the western region I called to make a booking and to ensure that it could be done within a day or two the most.
Little did I know on the very same day that I went to visit Missak I had trouble with the engine temperature
This has never happened before and to the best of my knowledge I had the whole cooling system flushed and replaced with a new one prior this but at a different garage
I managed to reach Missak at a much slower speed than normal just to keep the high temperature alarm within limit
Within two days Mike called in with news that my choked radiator is the culprit
I couldn’t be happier to hear this
Mike then later sent me the repair and labor cost details and waited for me to approve on it
I applaud this as I find it professionally done on their part
After four days all the job including the major service which I came in initially for was completed
Mike test drive the vehicle and informed me that I could come and retrieve the car
Missak has given a positive first impression that I’m sure I will return to their business again in the future

I have used their services recently. Everything was very professional, starting from communication to car returning. Mike promised to do full service, and they did the job quite well. I also asked to do some additional job, which was done perfectly. The time and the final price are good as well. I got my car on the same day. Finding the garage was a bit hard for me, so you have to go to the exact location on the map. I highly recommend this garage and will use their services in the future. The staff are all pleasant and helpful, they give good advice and costs are reasonable. I've never had any issues with the quality of work and my car is well maintained and runs smoothly. I cannot praise the service received from the team and especially Mike at Missak Auto Garage. I had been quoted a very high price and parts replacement for my vehicle air conditioning system. Mike looked at it and gave me a far more reasonable and accurate quote. The repairs were done quickly and I was kept updated on the progress the entire time. It is always difficult to find good mechanics but I now have found one which I can trust and will return whenever needed.

I gave Mike my 2015 Range Rover Sport to repair as it needed a major service and had so many items needed replacement and extra attention, the cost was very reasonable compared to all the services my car needed. Also he tried his best to finish it during the weekend, and once it was done he delivered it back to my house for free. Great customer service, Mike didn't miss a thing I'm very satisfied with his service and don't regret leaving my car at Missak Garage, definitely taking it again in the future and will be recommending him to my family & friends.

Amazing service from Mike! Mike is very passionate about cars and provided fabulous service. Both of my bmw are around ten year old and had many problem. Where other garage quoted 5000 dirham, this garage had only charged me 1000 and had fixed the car perfectly. All the prices are reasonable and Mike will share with the exact price before implementing the fixes. And the work are done very efficiently! Many thanks to Mike and his remarkable team.

Mike is very professional & experienced mechanic. He has done a quite solid job on my Audi A8. The services covered were steering hoses refurbishment and, so far, I have not encountered any issue.

Missak garage received the car on last minute notice, the vehicle was checked over, received and an honest and transparent cost estimate was provided the next day. The vehicle has many miles on the clock, it has been in the family since new and needed a little TLC. Mike offered both new and refurbished options in the estimate and provided professional advice along the way. Mike has been our family mechanic since 1992. He, and his father in years gone by, have always provided great service. They have fixed obscure problems and given solid advice over the years. Always trustworthy and always at a good and fair price. I am never reluctant to recommend Missak to friends and colleagues. This past week Mike managed to resolve a "noise issue" that had bothered me for a while. It took quite a bit of detective work, but now I can drive with confidence again. I told Mike, "You are a genius! ....I am going to write a review!". You cannot go wrong with Missak. They have a long tradition of excellence and experience in Abu Dhabi.

After receiving a horrendous estimate for work from a supposedly reputable garage I went to Mike and his team for a second opinion and wasn't disappointed.
He and his guys checked my vehicle over thoroughly and although there was still work to be done, he gave me an honest estimate and I was glad to let him carry out the necessary work.
They were fast and efficient and kept me up to speed with the repairs and only charged for what was required
